Chorizo, Jalapeno & Onion Quesadilla

Beef mixed with Mexican sausage with jalapenos and onions. Served in a flour or whole wheat tortilla with melted mozzarella cheese and pico de gallo. Includes sour cream, and guacamole on the side.
